Sunday, July 29^th

Back by popular demand! Join us for a fantastic journey as we make our way north to Duluth, Minnesota! We start off with a home-cooked included meal at the famous Main Street Café in Bloomer, Wisconsin. They are known for their award winning, home made pies…. but you can bet the entire lunch will also be award winning! After an entertaining afternoon onboard the coach we arrive in Duluth at the Great Lakes Aquarium! You will have a chance to see what type of fish swim in that huge lake that you just saw. They also have otters that are fun to watch swim, and sting rays that you can actually touch, if you wish too.

Just down the street we will enjoy a Harbor Dinner Cruise on the Vista Fleet. We will see the large ships coming and going and the huge lift bridge that must go up to allow for the ships to come into the harbor. Our ‘home away from home’ for the next two nights will be the AmericInn. Perhaps a dip in the pool might be fun after a full day.

Monday, July 30^th

An included breakfast at the hotel starts the day off right. Up the hill we will go to enjoy the beautiful sights at Enger Park & Tower. If you have lots of energy you can climb the tower, if not you can stroll the paths, enjoy the flowers or go out on the look-out deck that over-looks the city of Duluth and the harbor!

Next the Lake Superior Zoo awaits our arrival. You will see tigers and bears, monkeys and zebras to name a few. Did you know that these bears even know how to play ball? We will stop off downtown for an included lunch at Grand Ma’s Saloon & Grill before exploring the S.S. William A. Irvin Ship – this will be a guided tour of a ship that was built in 1937 at a cost of 1.3 million dollars! We will enjoy an included dinner at a local restaurant and then have some free time for either a Carriage Ride or a Trolley Ride or some shopping time before returning to our hotel!

Tuesday, July 31^st 

Once we have an included breakfast we will depart the hotel and travel to St. Croix Falls, where more adventure awaits us. Prepare yourself for a wonderful Scenic Boat Cruise! An included box lunch will be served on board. Relax to the sounds of the St. Croix River valley and make sure to watch the shores for wildlife! We will have a unique chance to see wildlife up close as we visit the Fawn-Doe-Rosa Wildlife Education Park. You will also receive a bag of feed to offer to the animals. Boy! Will they be happy to see you! I wonder if Bambie will be there. Our included dinner today will be along the way as we return home to Central Wisconsin.
